Number of respondents: 10

(Summary) Students answered 8 questions about music

(Results)


Graph#1 shows that most of people like listening to the music. Music has become an integral part of today's youth.


 
Graph #2 shows that Various genres of music are listened to, with pop and rock music being the most popular. In recent years, pop music, especially K-pop, has become more popular than the previous rock boom, and this is thought to have had a significant impact on this question.



Graph #3 shows that It is clear that not many people have been to music festivals. The average admission fee for most music festivals is around ¥10,000, which is a high price, so it is difficult for people to go for the first time on their own.




These are some of Japan's leading music festivals, and it is clear that music lovers attend a wide variety of festivals.



Graph #4  shows 60% of all respondents listen to music every day (7 days). This indicates that music is part of the daily routine for many of the respondents. It can be read that music is integrated into their daily routines and habits. For example, many of them probably incorporate music as a means of relaxation and a change of pace during their commute to work or school, while studying or working, or while doing household chores!

Graph # 5 shows Spotify is the most commonly used service, accounting for 44.4% of the total. This can be attributed to Spotify's diverse music content offering and features that enhance the user experience, such as an easy-to-use interface and the ability to create personalised playlists. Apple Music has the advantage of integration with iOS devices, while YouTube / YouTube Music offers free access and video content.

Among these are various artists, including current rock bands, idols and old-time singers. Different people have different musical tastes.


There are many different reasons for liking an artist, such as their voice, melody, performance or lyrics, or they were influenced by their parents, and they have an impact on each person's life.
